Residents who are full-time students are expected to demonstrate good moral character and financial need to be considered for any of the awards. It's only open to high school seniors, and the field is competitively large, with an emphasis on educational excellence. While the award may seem small, specialized scholarships like this can allow your extra-curricular passions to support your larger goals.
